As Chief of Staff, I lead the ministerial office, coordinate cross-government initiatives, parliamentary activity and relationships with municipalities, public institutions and the private sector—translating priorities into plans and measurable results.
Professional journey
Since joining the minister’s team in 2023, I have advanced from office management and parliamentary advisory work to overall responsibility for its operations. I lead teams, work plans, budgets and complex decision-making processes in a fast-moving environment.
My background in software development and technology instruction helps me connect management with digital systems. I have led digitization initiatives, introduced management tools and developed professional partnerships with technology companies.
My work includes delegations, professional missions and cooperation with governments, science and space agencies, and international partners—connecting Israeli capabilities with global knowledge and opportunity.
